Before production begins

You may request a full refund before production begins.

After production begins

Because each game is custom-made, refund decisions after production begins take into account the work already completed, the selected package and applicable consumer law.

Non-delivery or material defect

If the service is not delivered or the delivered game has a material defect that cannot reasonably be corrected, we will correct the issue or provide an appropriate refund.

How to request help

Email ereyaim@gmail.com with the order email, PayPal transaction ID and a description of the issue. Refunds, where approved, are returned through the original payment method when possible.
