Service

Playable Pet Games provides custom browser-based mini-game creation using customer-provided pet photos and instructions. Package scope, price and revision limits are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Your submitted materials

You confirm that you have the legal right to use every photo, name and message you submit. Illegal, infringing, deceptive or harmful materials are not accepted.

Order matching

After PayPal payment, send the pet photo and customization details to ereyaim@gmail.com. Include the PayPal transaction ID and use the same email as the payment whenever possible. Production begins after payment and all required materials are confirmed.

Delivery and revisions

The first custom version is normally targeted within three business days after all required materials are received. Delivery time may vary with complexity or response time. Revisions cover the agreed visual and text details; a completely different game concept may require a new quote.

Usage

Unless separately agreed in writing, delivered games are licensed for the customer's personal use and sharing. Commercial advertising, resale or redistribution requires a separate agreement.

Availability

We aim to keep hosted game links available, but internet hosting and third-party services may occasionally experience interruptions. A downloadable backup is included where stated in the selected package.
